FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: device contains a hopper (1) for consumable mixture (2) with a receiving chamber (4) connected by a flexible metal pipeline (5) to a pouring lip (6) mounted on a carriage (13), a first vertical shaft (9), which lower shank of which is located in the receiving chamber and connected to a spiral (10) located in a pipeline (5) along the entire length. The carriage (13) moves relative to a wide wall of a crystalliser along a horizontally located beam (15) hinged by the middle part at the end of a pivoted hollow bearing braket (18). A second shaft (30) with a bevel gear installed in bearing supports and a second gear motor providing movement of the carriage (13) are arranged in the braket (18). The second gear motor is placed at the end of the braket (18) far from the crystalliser thereby excluding thermal impact thereon from the crystalliser, as well as movement and breakage of the supply cable.EFFECT: increased reliability and safety of the device.4 dwg
