FIELD: transportation.SUBSTANCE: universal profile includes two side and one end walls forming an U-shaped cavity, inside which two grooves with arc-shaped sections are symmetrically formed on the side walls of the profile in the area of the joints of the side and end walls, with the transition of one end of the arc into an element of a trapezoidal nonclosed shape. In the central part of each side wall inside the U-shaped cavity grooves with sections in the form of a keyhole are made. At the ends of the side walls inside the U-shaped cavity grooves with sections of rectangular shape are made. On the edges of the end wall inside the U-shaped cavity two stepped protrusions are made, in each of which a groove with a cross-section in the form of a keyhole is made, in the central part of the end wall inside the U-shaped cavity a depression with a rectangular section is made, inside which two protrusions are made, at the ends of the end wall outside the U-shaped cavity two grooves with a width of 2 mm and 16 mm are made, in the central part of the end wall 5 protrusions are made with equal distances between them, channels are formed on the side walls outside the U-shaped cavity.EFFECT: versatility for different types of mechanisms and guide linear movements and for various lightweight machines, expansion of functionality due to the possibility of installing different guides for linear movement and components of various drive mechanisms in the same profile, and the possibility of attaching the profile to various structural elements of automated control systems.12 dwg
