The useful model refers to the field of medicine and medical technology, namely traumatology and thoracic surgery and is aimed at creating an easy-to-use, easy-to-use device that provides the formation of an optimal external chest framework with the additional ability to care for damaged skin areas and drainage during flotation broken ribs. This is achieved by the fact that the device is represented by a frame body made of a rigid metal wire and having a V-shape with a base and free ends. A useful model can find application in medical practice, in particular, in traumatology and thoracic surgery in the treatment of flotating rib fractures.
