FIELD: shipbuilding.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building and navigation in severe storm and ice conditions. Invention covers all-weather sea rescue research ship created with orientation on multigrade and all-weather navigation in the Far-Eastern seas of Russia. Invention defines optimized hull form, as well as design and arrangement of superstructure, devices and mechanisms of the ship.;EFFECT: technical result consists in minimizing of external force action on the side of the hurricane winds and storm waves at active ship maneuvering.;1 cl, 4 dwg
