FIELD: physiotherapy.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physiotherapy and can be used in sports exercises, used in programs of sport-recreative gymnastics as device for self-massage. Masseur for back muscles exercising, at least three vertebral parts comprises replaceable massage elementsand case with seats for installation of said massage elements. Case has three sides, each of which provides solid mounting of case on horizontal plane, wherein planes, tangent to each of said sides, and aligned with said horizontal plane, on which solid placement of each side is made, form dihedral angle to each other of approximately 60±15 degrees, in sum over all dihedral angles are 180 degrees. Sides of case are interfaced with each other by means of three costal surfaces, each of which has lateral part for paravertebral zones of back and medial part for spine, recessed in direction of longitudinal axis of case relative to said lateral parts. Seats are arranged in lateral parts of each of said costal zones. Three costal surfaces together with seated massage elements form massage surface, corresponding to location of massaged organs of back of three different vertebral parts. Ends of case are provided with sockets to attach handles and/or plugs.;EFFECT: invention allows approximating to massage elements and use of range of replaceable massage ledges of different shapes, dimensions and rigidity, increase accuracy of dispensing force, depth and direction of therapeutic mechanical effect on paravertebral muscles regardless of anatomic features of individuals using masseur.;10 cl, 6 dwg
