METHOD FOR PREVENTION OF ATROPHY OF ALVEOLAR BONE AND GUMS AFTER TOOTH REMOVAL

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and concerns prevention of atrophy of alveolar bone and gums after tooth removal. Method involves preliminary blood sampling from patient's vein, preparation of fibrin clot, mixing of clot with filler. Blood sampling is performed in two test tubes of 10 ml. Fibrin clot in test tubes is obtained by blood centrifugation at rate of 1,300 rpm for at least 8 minutes. Clot from one test tube is mixed with 0.5 g of preparation “Osteomatrix”. Tooth hole is filled with obtained mass. Clot from second test tube is squeezed to extract liquid phase and it is used as membrane covering the hole. Edges of hole are sutured with two z-sutures. Wherein mouth baths with 0.01 % solution of "Myramistin" for 20 ml 3 times a day are used 3 days prior and 4 days after tooth removal.;EFFECT: method provides preventing complications and faster procedure.;1 cl, 3 ex
