FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in pharmaceutical and food industry. Method comprises bacterial transformation of explant root of juvenile plant Silene linicola by agro bacterial strain R-1601 A. Rhizogenes. Transformed roots of explant is separated and cultured.
