Turbomachine with fan without fairing comprises two coaxial and counterrotating propellers (7, 8), having plurality of blades (11A, 11B). Input fan (11A) blades have means (16, 16A, 16B) intended for single arrangement for implementation of local disturbance during propeller (7) rotation, distribution of circulation around blades (11A). Disturbance means contain single expansion (16, 16A, 16B) made on blade (11A) front edge (17), wherein single expansion (16, 16A, 16B) position is defined by its position along width h so, that 0.75Hh0.85H, where H is blade (11A) height.
