Method of human eye protection against external light effects during sleep or its simulation with random eyelid closure at bedtime or deliberately for its simulation between eye and source of light effects protective opaque screen is placed At opening of eyelid randomly or deliberately protective opaque screen is removed or changed for transparent one.
