FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drinking water preparation method for centralized water supply to intended for building territory and can be used in the housing and utilities sector of regions with arid climate. Method of centralized water supply with creation of artificial water circulation system includes arrangement of artificial water reservoir, communication lines, water purification plant and sewage treatment facilities. Artificial water circulation system has reservoir including two dams, dividing water reservoir water volume into two unequally large parts, first of which in upper reaches is equipped with floating bioreactors, purified waste water inlet, ooze collecting devices and flood waters passing bypass channel, and second is with water intake, water treatment station including clean water reservoirs, clean water conduits, two water decontamination devices and water sorption purification device. Tap water purification plant, water reservoir and sewage purification plant deposits are processed together into organomineral fertilizers.;EFFECT: enabling quality of water supplied to consumers needs, at imposed requirements level.;1 cl, 2 dwg
