PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply operation plan creation device, capable of creating a water supply plan matched to an operation plan of a plan target day without placing any burden to users.;SOLUTION: The water supply operation plan creation device 133 for creating a plan of flow rate of water to be carried to each conduit 143 for a water supply system 131 including each node (an intake plant 141, a filter plant 140, and a distribution reservoir 142) and the conduits 143 connecting each node comprises a storage means storing past daily plan information for each conduit; an operation information storage means storing a restriction condition including connection information showing connecting states of the conduits on the plan target day and restriction information for each conduit and each node; a means accepting input of an amount demanded of water on the plan target day; and a means calculating a daily plan showing the flow rate of water to flow per day for each conduit using the past daily plan information, the restriction condition stored in the operation information storage means and the accepted amount demanded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
