METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF LATENT DISEASES BASING ON SYSTEMIC ENDOTOXAMIA INDICES

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and deals with method for diagnostics of latent diseases basing on systemic endotoxemia indices, which includes determination of concentration of antibodies to hydrophobic and hydrophilic forms of lipopolysaccharide molecule in tested patient's blood, comparison of obtained values of indices with range of standard indices and referring tested patient to one of variants of antiendotoxic immunity state on the basis of said comparison. Concentration of general endotoxin in tested patient's blood is additionally determined, and obtained index is compared with the standard range. Comparison of each index of systemic endotoxemia with the standard indices is performed in accordance with age-related standard ranges taking into account tested patient's age.;EFFECT: invention provides increase of efficiency of diagnostic and therapeutic process due to detection of latent diseases at early stages.;6 ex, 2 tbl
