METHOD OF PRIMARY IDENTIFICATION OF MYCOBACTERIA OF MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS COMPLEX FROM NON-TUBERCULOSIS MYCOBACTERIA

FIELD: microbiology.;SUBSTANCE: method of primary identifying Mycobacteria of m. tuberculosis complex from non-tuberculosis Mycobacteria is disclosed. Method involves presowing treatment of paired samples of pathological material followed by washing with sterile isotonic sodium chloride solution, sowing on dense egg medium, cultivation at temperature optimum and recording of results. Presowing treatment is carried out with disinfectant “Septustin”, wherein in volume ratio of 1:2 first sample is poured with water solution of disinfectant “Septustin” with concentration of 0.5 % and exposed for 30 minutes, second sample is poured with water solution of disinfectant “Septustin” with concentration of 5.0 % and exposed for 60 minutes. If observing growth in first sample during 7 days non-tubercular Mycobacteria are identified, and if observing growth in second sample after 60 days of cultivation in absence of growth in first sample during 7 days m. tuberculosis complex Mycobacteria are identified.;EFFECT: method enables detecting epidemic strains with different degree of virulence.;1 cl, 7 tbl, 10 ex
