In case of detection of one of four genotypes: -31CT IL-1β / -174GG IL-6 / 677CT MTHFR / 66GG MTRR; -31CT IL-1β / -174CC IL-6 / 677CC MTHFR / 66AG MTRR; -31CC IL-1β / -174CC IL-6 / 677CC MTHFR/ 66AG MTRR; -31CC IL-1β / -174GC IL-6 / 677CT MTHFR/ 66AG MTRR, high risk of reproductive loss is predicted in first trimester of pregnancy.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to form among women groups of risk of reproductive loss in first trimester of pregnancy and timely realise necessary thethapeutic-preventive measures in these groups.;1 dwg, 1 tbl, 7 ex
