FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method relates to field of medicine, namely to allergology in paediatrics, paediatric gastroenterology, and can be used for disagnostics of allergic enteropathy, induced by cow milk protein in babies. Essence of method consists in determination of zonulin, β-defensin 2, eosinophil cationic protein in coprofiltrates in children with suspected enteropathy before beginning elimination therapy. In case of increase of β-defensin 2 higher than 34.8 ng/ml, zonulin higher than1.59 ng/ml, eosinophil cationic protein higher than 455.57 ng/ml intolerance to cow milk proteins is registered in patient.;EFFECT: method provides safe, non-invasive and affective diagnostics of food hypersensitivity in children of any age and makes it possible to determine tactics of pathogenic therapy in due time.;1 tbl, 3 ex
