FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: relative content of segmented neutrophils, relative content of lymphocytes and absolute content of segmented neutrophils are determined, gradations (Z1-Z3) and numerical values are assigned to the established risk factors, and then the P1, P2 prognostic factors are determined by the formulas: P1=-226.062+4.573*Z1+5.128*Z2-2.001*Z3 and P2=-202.361+4.201*Z1+4.908*Z2-0.858*Z3, where Z1 is the relative abundance of segmented neutrophils, Z2 is the relative content of lymphocytes, Z3 is the absolute content of segmented neutrophils.
