FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: device includes the pipeline with outlet openings. The openings are covered by loosely-fitting cylindrical casings. The openings and the casing are located on the pipeline with forming individual culvert sections above the plant root system. A chamber is located at the pipeline end. A float drive is located in the chamber. A rotary valve is mounted at the pipeline end. The valve is made of elastic material and is reinforced with horizontal stiffening ribs, various by weight. The valve is connected with its lower end via the axis to rods. Floats are installed on the rods in the same horizontal plane. The floats are placed above the water level of the plants root system.
