FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: expression levels of TLR4 and TLR9 Toll-like receptor genes, HBD1 antimicrobial peptide gene are determined in the peripheral blood leukocytes of a pregnant women on 5-11 weeks of gestation using a real time polymerase chain reaction. If the defined parameters reduce at least 2.5-fold simultaneously, compared to their level determined at physiological pregnancy, risk of abortion in the first trimester of gestation is predicted.;EFFECT: invention application allows prevention of complications arising from invasive studies, while ensuring the accuracy of prediction of miscarriage of infectious genesis at early stages of gestation due to application of peripheral blood leukocytes as the biological material.;1 tbl, 4 ex
