FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of laser surfacing on article (versions) and device for its implementation (versions). Surfacing is performed using inert gas and powder filler. According to first version, simultaneously with melting of workpiece surface by laser beam it is subjected to ultrasonic vibrations, electromagnetic or magnetic fields. According to second version, simultaneously with melting of workpiece surface by laser beam it is exposed to electromagnetic or magnetic fields. Device has laser unit, nozzle body and insert with central through channel for laser beam installed in it with annular gap, nozzle for supply of alloying elements in annular gap, additional branch pipe for protective gas supply in central through channel of insert mounted perpendicular to axis of housing, drive system for relative movement of housing relative to surface of table, serving for placement of workpiece on table. According to first version, proposed device comprises ultrasonic generator, electromagnetic antenna, generator of electromagnetic or magnetic fields arranged below outlet of annular gap of housing. According to second version, proposed device comprises electromagnetic antenna, generator of electromagnetic or magnetic fields arranged below outlet of annular gap of housing.;EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of quality of formed coating on article.;4 cl, 2 dwg
