FIELD: testing equipment.;SUBSTANCE: laboratory facility includes a housing with inlet and outlet nozzles and located inside the heat exchange elements, thermo couples, installed in the inlet and outlet nozzles of the housing, and the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger elements, the flow meter of the cold flow and the automated control system connected to communication channels with thermo couples and flow meter. The device is additionally provided with the furnace emulator with the inlet channel and the electric heater installed inside. The furnace emulator is connected to the furnace heat exchange elements, located in rows to form the channels for hot flow passage. The draft system is installed at the heat exchanger elements output. The inlet and outlet nozzles of the housing are made removable with ability to guide the cold flow along the cocurrent or countercurrent flow. The outlet housing nozzle is connected through the pipeline with the furnace emulator inlet channel with ability to adjust the flow heat rate by chimney valves, mounted in the housing outlet nozzle and the connecting pipeline. The flow meter and the thermo couple is additionally installed in the furnace emulator inlet channel, at that the electric heater is equipped with a power control device, and the draft system is equipped with the speed adapter, connected through the communication channels with the automated control system. The automated control system is equipped with the controller with the devices of analog signal input and output and the discrete signal output. The housing, its outlet channel and the connecting pipeline is provided with the thermal insulation, wherein the cold flow blower is installed in the housing inlet nozzle, connected through the magnetic starter with the automated control system of communication channel.;EFFECT: design will allow to extend the functionality of the facility, to explore different modes of heat transfer and increase the amount of determined thermophysical parameters, required for the research and modeling of the heat transfer.;3 cl, 2 dwg
