PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire numerical value information of surface energy of a heat transfer surface required to facilitate boiling heat transfer or condensation heat transfer by simulation calculation.;SOLUTION: In a heat transfer simulation device, an initial physical property value calculation section 24 and a transient physical property value calculation section 26 calculate fluid physical property values including density, a viscosity coefficient, specific heat, thermal conductivity, a temperature, surface tension and a saturation temperature of each of a plurality of sections of fluid on the basis of a gradient parameter and a pressure and enthalpy of the fluid. A heat transfer calculation section 25 calculates a flow rate, the pressure and the enthalpy of each of the plurality of sections of the fluid of a flow field in association with a temperature distribution in a solid element and a phase change by using an equation for conservation of mass, an equation for conservation of momentum and an equation for conservation of energy.
