FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: titanium-containing charge for titanium tetrachloride production comprises titanium slag, carbon containing material, sodium chloride, powdered moulded mixture of carbon residues obtained from gas cleaning filters by drying and transportation of carbon containing material, residues obtained from gas fine cleaning filters of titanium slag production and a binder. Charge preparation method includes separate crushing of titanium slag, sodium chloride and carbon containing material, and their mixing.
