The risk of overweight in a child is predicted if the total cholesterol level is above 3.9 mmol/l and the LDL level is above 1.8 mmol/l, the child has 6 or more points in anamnestic examination, heterozygous rs7997012 genotype of HTR2A gene is present, tetrachloromethane concentration in blood is increased above the reference concentration and chloroform concentration is in the range of 5.17-5.59 mcg/l.
