A calculator of the noise cluster central point, the output of which is connected to the second input of the arithmetic-logic unit and the third input of the recording device, is introduced. Herewith the output of the additive of the signal and interference mixer through the series-connected subtraction unit, the second averager-accumulator and the second memory register are connected to the input of the center noise cluster point calculator, and the output of the signal power meter - to the second input of the subtraction unit.;EFFECT: decreasing the RMS error of the noise dispersion estimation in the receiving tract in terms of penetrating a part of the signal in the noise dispersion estimation channel while maintaining other characteristics and ease of implementation.;1 dwg
