FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of clonal micro-reproduction of the Betulaceae family plants, which includes placement of apical and lateral buds on the agarized Murashige-Skoog nutrient medium in vitro for induction of micro-sprouts and their elongation, with transfer to the liquid medium for rooting, where micro-sprouts induction is carried out from the apical tissue of vegetative explant buds, induction, elongation and multiplication of the obtained micro-sprouts are carried out on an agarized nutrient medium containing a mineral base as per Murashige-Skoog and further including 0.25-2.0 mg/l of BAP, 20,000-30,000 mg/l of sucrose, 6000 mg/l of agar, and rooting is performed by simultaneous location of the required amount of micro-sprouts in a vessel on a perforated platform, fixed above the liquid medium level comprising a double-reduced macro-salts concentration as per Murashige and Skoog, further comprising 0.2-0.6 mg/l of IBA and 15000-20000 mg/l of sucrose, and cyclically alternating exposure of the micro-sprouts in the air with 80-90% humidity, and their immersion in a liquid nutrient medium for 1-3 minutes 2-3 times a day in an automatic way by lifting its level, with additional aeration of air inside the vessel for 2-4 minutes at regular intervals of 10 to 15 times per day for a 16-hour photoperiod.;EFFECT: invention allows to increase the rate of micro-sprouts growth and development, to activate root formation in vitro, to increase survival rate.;2 tbl
