FIELD: transportation.;SUBSTANCE: underwater vessel for the maintenance of underwater mining complexes on the Arctic shelf and other underwater engineering operations in the form of a two-hull submarine divided into compartments, with a nuclear power plant, a ballast-equalizing system, hydroacoustic equipment, hangars for the release and reception of underwater vehicles, a diving complex, locking devices. The outer shell is made with the stem angle at the cruising waterline level (CWL) 40-65°, with the inclination angle of CWL on the fore perpendicular in the section along the CWL 35-50°, and with the frame inclination angle at the level of CWL in the section along the frame 20-30°.
