The beam detector is placed in a light-tight cylindrical body with a dot diagram at its end, located at a distance from the axis of symmetry of the nozzle. In the body there is an additional lens at a distance of ƒ2 from the diagram, and a matt diffuser is installed in front of the beam detector. The speed of the carriage travel corresponds to the inequality , and the distance between the nozzle outlet section and the axis of the optical system varies during the movement of the nozzle within the range of z=0÷h, where ƒ1 is the focal length of the lenses of the optical system, mm; l is the distance between the lenses of the optical system, mm; ƒ2 is the focal length of the additional lens, mm; U is the carriage speed, mm/s; d is the diameter of the laser beam, mm; n is the angular velocity of the reflector rotation, rev/s; R is the radius of the cross section of the spray, mm; z is the distance between the outlet section of the nozzle and the axis of the optical system, mm; h is the spray nozzle length, mm.;EFFECT: higher informativity and decreased measurement error in the characteristics of the nozzle spray.;6 dwg
