Line a flushing device (10), comprisinga first distributor (11) with a cold water connection for connection to a cold water line, a first venting port for the aeration of the cold water line and a first flushing connection,a second distributor (12) with a hot water connection for connection to a hot water conduit and a second flushing connection,a connecting line (13) between the first flushing connection and for second flushing connection,a valve (15) for opening and locking of the connecting line (13),a sensor for measuring the line pressure of the hot water conduit, anda valve control unit (16) for opening of the connecting line (13) by means of the valve (15), when the line pressure of the hot water pipe falls below a lower pressure threshold, and for blocking of the connecting line (13) by means of the valve, when the line pressure of the hot water pipe is one of the lower pressure threshold exceeds various upper pressure threshold.
