A noise reduction device for a vacuum line of a brake booster is provided. The improved noise reduction device is disposed in a vacuum hose and includes a vacuum line of a vehicle in which a brake booster and an expansion tank of an internal combustion engine are connected via the vacuum hose to utilize the negative pressure of the surge tank. In particular, noises caused by pulsation of the air flow and vibration of a valve due to the work of a piston of the internal combustion engine are reduced.
