A grinder, comprising: a receptacle (1) in which a partition plate (11) is radially arranged to axially form a receiving space (12) in which the ingredients to be ground are received, and an installation space (13) lower end of the receptacle (1) is extended with a connecting ring (121) having a filling opening (122), while the lower end of the installation space (13) has a through hole (131) which is aligned with the filling opening (122); and wherein a hollow grinding seat (14) and a fixing ring (15) are removably disposed in the filling opening (122) and in the connecting ring (121); an electric power unit (2) removably installed in the installation space (13) and equipped with a power switch (22) connected to a power connector (21) and a motor, wherein a deceleration mechanism is driven by the motor and a drive shaft (23) of the deceleration mechanism is received in the through hole (131); and a pedestal (3) detachably disposed at the lower end of the receptacle (1) and formed with a hollow grinding chamber (31); wherein inside the grinding chamber (31) a supporting part (312) is arranged, the upper surface of which is formed with a rotating shaft (32); the support member (312) is secured to an inner wall of the grinding chamber (31) by at least two blades (313); at least one outlet opening (314) is formed between the wing blades (313); a passive rod (33) is attached to a conical grinding disc (34) connected to the passive rod (33); the upper end and the lower end of the passive rod (33) on the drive shaft (23) and on the rotating shaft (32) are fixed so that the grinding disc (34) in the Mahlsitz (14) can protrude and a gap between the grinding disc (34) and the Mahlsitz (14) forms; the passive rod (33) rotates with the drive shaft (23) and the grinding disc (34) can be synchronously driven to effect grinding in the grinding seat (14).
