The present invention relates to a pin (e) of the type comprising a body (100) and a movable rod (200) having an outer end projecting from said body (100), said rod (200) which is inserted into a hole (t) passing through the elements to be assembled and open at the other end of the hole, characterized in that it comprises a shim (300), which is pivotally mounted on the outer end of the rod (200), passes a longitudinal position allowing the passage of the rod (200) in the hole (t) to a transverse position of the bearing surfaces on either side of the hole (t). The present invention also relates to the control member (o) of this pin. Applications: temporary fixing.
