This control system comprises: a plurality of flow valves (2) on reaction fluid lines (54), which are i) in the closed position or ii) in the open position, a plurality of control lines (4) connected to a a source of control fluid (80) and a respective control line (4), all or part of the flow valves (2) passing into the closed position when the pressure of the control fluid in the control line (4) is lowered below a predetermined threshold, - an evacuation pipe (12) connected to the control lines (4), for discharging control fluid from the control lines (4), - a safety device (10) connected to (i) each control line (2) and ii) to the discharge line (12) and configured to selectively present: i) a service configuration, where the control fluid flows to each control line (4), which which opens each flow valve (2), ii) a security configuration it, where the control fluid is discharged through the discharge line (12), which closes each flow valve (2).
