The invention relates to a filtration system of an anaerobic digestion unit configured to extract the hydrogen sulphide present in the raw biogas. The filtration system comprises means for injecting concentrated oxygen or air into the raw biogas, a perforated floor (24), and a porous lining (25) coating said floor. The porous lining is designed in a material configured to bio-filter biogas by allowing the growth of sulphate-reducing bacteria. In one embodiment, the porous packing (25) consists of vulcanized coir, hemp or hemp fibers in the form of plates adjoining each other. The invention also relates to the anaerobic digestion unit which comprises such a filtration system, a digester and possibly a post-digester (20) which communicates with the digester, the filtration system being able to be arranged on the digester or the post-digester (20).
