DIGITAL IDENTIFICATION PLATFORM FOR THE SELF-CLINICAL AND SELF-LEARNING OF PATIENTS AND CAREGIVERS

The digital platform for identifying self-clinical practice and self-learning is presented as a set of procedures for a process that can be put online and articulated technologically in different ways. The objectives are to enable people, regarding their health, to identify that they are holders and creators of experiential knowledge. Knowledge developed in the broad field of life with the disease thanks to a grid of reading, a reference of skills identified by my care. This platform also provides learning content from life situations returned by participants associated with various types of content that will learn and optimize their own care skills or socialize their knowledge to accompany the system in the adjustments necessary for its relevance over time.
