The invention relates to a method of series production of prestressed concrete beams with stiffener for floor system with beams and interjoists, the method comprising the successive steps of setting up (S1) shims and a strand in each mold, tensioning the strand (S2) of each mold, pouring concrete (S3) into each mold, placing (S4) a stiffener in each mold, stoving (S5) of several molds to obtain a setting of the concrete, cutting (S6) of the strand of each mold after having performed a relaxation of said strand, demolding (S7) of each beam by holding the wedges in the corresponding mold, and stacking (S8-1) on a discharge station of each demolded beam, all the steps of the method being performed in an automated manner.
