The structure (10) has two well forming columns (12, 14) placed parallel to each other, and a strainer forming tube (16) connected with the well forming columns. Gripping zones (Z1-Z4) are connected to a lifting apparatus for handling the structure. The strainer forming tube is orthogonal with the well forming columns, and is extended between lower ends (12a, 14a) of the well forming columns. One of the gripping zones is located on a rigidification body (24). Slides (30) are extended along the well forming columns. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a draining assembly comprising an underground draining wall (2) a method for realizing an underground draining wall of a draining assembly.
