The method involves moving a tool part by a light guide pin such that the light guide pin is provided in an aligned position toward a sack hole channel and at a opening side of a base body that is provided in a tool. The tool is closed, so that the light guide pin is axially pushed into the sack hole channel of the base body by a tool slider that is axially moved. A front plate (3) is directly molded at the base body before or after pushing the light guide pin in the tool. A cover (1) equipped with the light guide pin is removed after opening the tool.
