A device for nucleic acid extraction using a magnetic bead method comprises an inverted disc-shaped disc rotary table, an arc arch bridge base under the disc rotary table, and a supporting column connecting the disc rotary table and the arc arch bridge base and located in the vertical direction of the center of a disc, and comprises a magnet structure unit and a sample reaction unit both disposed on the disc rotary table. The disc rotary table comprises a top plate. The top plate is sequentially provided with a guide rod insertion hole and a sample reaction unit insertion hole from the circumference to the center of the top plate. The arc arch bridge base comprises a bottom plate disposed at the lowermost position and an arc supporting plate disposed on the bottom plate. The arc supporting plate corresponds to the guide rod insertion hole in position in the radial direction of the disc. The arc supporting plate comprises a raised region used for jacking up a guide rod and a magnet and a groove region used for allowing the guide rod and the magnet to fall. The device provided in the present invention can implement pipelined automatic nucleic acid extraction.
