An anti-friction sheet for improving the anti-friction properties of an object to be protected, said sheet being provided with: an insulating film; a resin layer that is disposed on the insulating film and contains a light-curable resin and hard particles that are supported by the light-curable resin; and a light-shielding film that is disposed on the opposite side of the resin layer to the insu - lating film, with the resin layer sandwiched therebetween.
