There is a low-pressure hydroelectric power plant with an ejector ramp (12) for an over-water jet (13), with a suction pipe (11) connected to a turbine (4) and with a union path for the over-water jet (13) flowing from the ejector ramp (12) described below the over-water jet (13) from the suction pipe (11) effluent water (10).
