PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hospital waste treatment assembly for disposal of hospital waste.SOLUTION: A hospital waste treatment assembly for disposal of hospital waste includes a first receiver body and a first reactant 287, and the first receiver body receives hospital waste and includes a receiver bottom. The first reactant is located in the first receiver body, and is located with a space from the receiver bottom. The hospital waste cannot be recovered, since the hospital waste reacts with the first reactant and is changed in one of a chemical procedure and a physical procedure. The frist receiver body can receive fluid hospital waste and/or solid hospital waste. The first reactant may contain one or more of a modifier, an antiemetic and a bittering agent, and for example, the first reactant contains one or more of quinine, ipecac and denatonium benzoate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
