FACE CHECK-UP DEVICE AND FACE CHECK-UP METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute sequential processes including a face authentication to confirm a person within a short time.;SOLUTION: A face check-up device executes a face check-up process of checking up a face image of a person to be authenticated or imaged face data that indicates a feature quantity of the face image with a face image registered beforehand or registered face data that indicates a feature quantity of the registered face image, and confirms whether or not the person to be authenticated is a person having the registered face data registered beforehand. This face check-up device includes: a camera that images the person to be authenticated; a storing unit that stores the imaged face data created by detecting a face from an image imaged by the camera; an acquiring unit that acquires the registered face data; and a control unit that executes the face check-up process of checking up the imaged face data stored in the storing unit before the registered face data is acquired with the registered face data acquired by the acquiring unit to confirm whether or not the person to be authenticated is the registered person, and executes a process on the basis of the result of the face check-up process.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
