PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a product with high added value as an agricultural product by the combination thereof with a technique for effectively utilizing by-products in an energy generation process from woody biomass.SOLUTION: By co-installing soil heating/land for outdoor cultivation and a facility for generating electricity by burning gas from gasified woody biomass, the soil is heated by the generated hot water supplied through pipes embedded in the soil. The hot water or warm water produced by the conversion of energy thereof is supplied to the soil heating/land for outdoor cultivation as irrigation water. The irrigation water is passed through a layer of beads comprising a mineral that generates a terahertz wave. Bead-like molded products or a crushed product thereof comprising a terahertz generating substance is sprinkled together with the combustion ash of the woody biomass in the soil of the soil heating/land for outdoor cultivation to activate bacteria in the soil. On the soil surface or the crop surface of the soil heating/land for outdoor cultivation, a liquid extracted/aged with water from the crushed material of leaves of Spiraea thunbergii is sprayed/sprinkled to repel pests.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
