PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field crop management system, a remote control device, and a field crop management method in which the growth management of field crop can be inexpensively realized in a small scale.;SOLUTION: A field crop management system has: a sensor which measures environmental information regarding field crop being cultivated and transmits the measured environmental information; at least two position measurement devices which measures arrival direction of radio wave which was used in transmitting the environmental information, and outputs sensor orientation information showing arrival direction of the radio wave and received environmental information; a remote control part which specifies the position of sensor from sensor orientation information sent from the position measurement devices, determines a work executed based on environmental information, and transmits an operation signal for executing work at the position of sensor; and a work machine which moves to the position of the sensor according to operation signal, and executes work.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
