POLLUTION DEGREE MEASURING KIT FOR COOKING-RELATED IMPLEMENT AND EVALUATION METHOD FOR COOKING-RELATED IMPLEMENT WASHING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating or improving a cooking-related implement washing program.;SOLUTION: The method for improving a washing program using ATP and ADP measuring kits is provided. The method comprises the steps of: (i) washing a cooking-related implement according to a program; (ii) measuring the pollution degree of the washed cooking-related implement using the kits; (iii) comparing the pollution degree measured in the step (ii) and the reference specified in the program; (iv) evaluating that contamination has not sufficiently removed in the washing step (i) or modifying the washing step (i) if the pollution degree measured in (iv) is greater than the references specified in the program; repeating the steps (i) to (iv) until the pollution degree becomes equal to or below the references specified in the program. The kit may include: an enzyme that catalyzes a reaction producing ATP from ADP; luciferin; luciferase; and a metal salt.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
