PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant operation support device, a plant operation support method, a plant operation support program, and a recording medium to improve the operation efficiency of a plant monitoring operator.SOLUTION: In the plant operation support apparatus including a plant simulation unit for simulating a current state of a plant based on information obtained from the plant to output an estimated value of the plant and a prediction unit for predicting a future state of the plant based on the estimated value to output a predicted value in the plant, a predicted KPI deriving unit is provided for deriving a predictive KPI based on the predicted value in which the predictive KPI is an indicator for monitoring the future state of a task to be monitored in a plant operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
