PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for wall surface repair and a wall surface repair method of a concrete structure which is excellent in workability even in the water and also excellent in construction workability.;SOLUTION: A foundation block 5 installed in ground 51 of a water bottom, and a permanent panel 2 which is erected so that its lower end side is connected to the foundation block 5 and forms a space S with a steel sheet pile 53 covering a wall surface 52A of a breakwater 52 are supported by a panel supporting body 4 which projects in a lateral direction from the upper end and is locked with the upper end side of the breakwater 52.
