PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize cold of a snow mountain by recycling meltwater, thereby enabling energy-saving operation.SOLUTION: Meltwater discharged from a snow ice zone flows into a recycling tank 36 and is temporally stored. Refrigerant flowing in a pipe 33 is configured to pass through the recycling tank 36 or snow ice zone. Consequently, refrigerant is subjected to heat exchange with the meltwater in passing through the recycling tank 36 or snow ice zone, basically cooled, and then returned to a heat exchanger 31. The heat exchanger 31 is configured to cool outside air OA by performing heat exchange with the refrigerant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
