PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchoring member for stably anchoring a constituent member of a civil engineering structure.;SOLUTION: An anchoring member has a junction surface. The junction surface includes a junction section to be connected on a rear surface of a civil engineering building block, and an engaging section continuing from the junction section and to be engaged with a column reinforcing bar on a side opposite the junction surface. The engaging section includes a base part continuing from the junction section, a wall part erected on both edges of the base part in a direction opposite of the junction surface, and a claw part provided on an edge of the wall part.
