PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for detecting mutant genes and a method for detecting mutant genes that can easily and with high sensitivity detect the existence of mutations in a region in which mutations are concentrated.;SOLUTION: The kit for detecting mutant genes is provided with: a probe that, when a plurality of independent regions R1 and R2 that do not overlap in an exon of a target gene are the wild-type base sequence, hybridizes thereto; a label indicating that the probe has hybridized to each of R1 and R2; and a primer pair designed to include all of R1 and R2 in one amplicon obtained by PCR.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
